Work as a key member of the ServiceNow Testing team focusing on ServiceNow OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules
Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases Utilize ServiceNow
Automated Test Framework ATF for test automation where applicable Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices in testing methodologies
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow testing landscape
Leverage your 6 years of relevant experience to mentor junior testers and share knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design develop and execute functional test cases for OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules
Perform regression integration and system testing to validate end to end business processes
Identify document and track defects ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams
Utilize ServiceNow ATF and other test automation tools to enhance testing efficiency good to have
Participate in requirements analysis test planning and estimation activities
Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans test scripts and test reports Engage with stakeholders to communicate test results risks and recommendations
Support user acceptance testing UAT and provide postimplementation testing support
