Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations & Product Management
- Lead day-to-day operations across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay marketplaces.
- Create and manage product listings (parent-child variations, attributes, keywords).
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
- Manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content and Storefronts.
- Ensure listing compliance with marketplace policies and avoid suppressions.
- Manage catalog hygiene and fix stranded, inactive, or suppressed listings.
Inventory & Order Management
- Oversee inventory planning and stock forecasting to prevent OOS or overstock.
- Manage FBA, FBM, WFS logistics, replenishment planning, and shipment creation.
- Monitor returns, replacements, and fulfillment operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners.
SEO & Conversion Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and implement listing SEO strategies.
- Improve CTR and conversion rates using structured testing.
- Manage product reviews and ratings improvement strategy.
- Maintain product ranking KPIs and category performance.
Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Create and optimize PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
- Manage ad budgets, ACOS, ROAS, TACOS targets.
- Launch promotions, coupons, Lightning Deals, and seasonal offers.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report sales trends, profitability, KPIs, buy box %, keyword ranking.
- Competitor and market trend analysis.
- Weekly business health reports and strategy reviews.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and category expansion.
Brand Protection & Compliance
- Monitor policy violations, account health, suspensions.
- Manage unauthorized sellers and MAP policy enforcement.
- Handle case logs and support tickets for issue resolution.
Team & Client Coordination
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and ad strategists.
- Work with product, pricing, and supply chain teams.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights and roadmap for marketplace growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 510 years of proven experience managing Amazon USA (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with Walmart & eBay USA marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, eBay Seller Hub.
- Expertise in product listing optimization, marketplace SEO, and A+ content.
- Proficiency in data analytics and decision-making using KPIs.
- Solid understanding of PPC Ads, profitability calculations, and pricing strategies.
- Experience with marketplace tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, SellerApp, MerchantWords, Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor (good to have).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts.
