Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as:

    • UV Spectrophotometer

    • Laminar Air Flow

    • Bacterial Incubator

    • Autoclave

    • Colony Counter

    • Microscope

  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to testing protocols.

  • Monitor and maintain hygiene and environmental conditions in the lab.

  • Follow food safety standards and regulatory requirements during testing.

  • Prepare reports, identify deviations, and suggest corrective actions.

  • Support audits and inspections by internal and external agencies.
