we are hiring for Junior Visual Designer

Job Summary:

Profinch Solutions is seeking a Junior Visual Designer to join our dynamic Bangalore team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about visual storytelling through video, animation, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and WordPress.

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations following brand standards and templates.
  • Create illustrations, infographics, icons, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Produce and edit videos, motion graphics, and animations for digital and marketing use.
  • Support the design and maintenance of WordPress-based websites and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and content teams on branding, marketing, and product collaterals.
  • Contribute fresh design ideas during brainstorming and creative sessions.
  • Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across all media formats.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Solid understanding of basic design principles including typography, layout, and colour theory
  • Video Creation / Editing (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI tools)
  • Knowledge of WordPress Design

Soft Skills:

  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and take feedback
  • Clear communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage timelines.

Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Education: B.Sc or diploma - Graphic Design, Visual Communication,or a related field
