The Networking Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus systems. This role ensures secure, reliable, and efficient operation of all network and server resources to support business operations.


Key Responsibilities

Network Management

* Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, and access points.

* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure optimal performance.

* **Server Administration:**

* Install, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers.

* Monitor server health, storage, and performance metrics.

* Manage user accounts, permissions, and file sharing.

* **Security & Firewall Management:**

* Configure and maintain firewall policies, VPN tunnels, and security rules.

* Monitor firewall logs and respond to potential threats or intrusions.

* Ensure compliance with network security standards.

* **VPN & Remote Access:**

* Manage VPN user access, configuration, and troubleshooting.

* Ensure secure remote connections for employees and partners.

* **Antivirus & Endpoint Security:**

* Deploy, monitor, and update antivirus and endpoint protection systems.

* Regularly scan and remediate infected systems or vulnerabilities.

* **Backup & Recovery:**

* Implement and manage data backup schedules and restore procedures.

* Ensure business continuity through proper disaster recovery planning.

* **Documentation & Reporting:**

* Maintain up-to-date documentation of network topology, configurations, and incidents.

* Generate reports on network performance, uptime, and security incidents.

* **User Support:**

* Provide technical support for network-related issues.

* Assist users with connectivity, access, and security concerns.
