Were seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer (Mumbai Central) to conceptualize, plan, and execute interior layouts across AVA Groups luxury residential and commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate must blend design creativity with technical knowledge and real-time execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interior layouts, concepts, and design presentations
  • Prepare mood boards, material specifications, and BOQs
  • Ensure cost-effective material selection while maintaining luxury finishes
  • Work closely with architects, vendors, and execution teams
  • Conduct site visits to monitor and guide quality implementation
  • Ensure timelines and design integrity from concept to execution

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design
  • 2+ years of interior design experience in real estate or luxury projects
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with vendor management, sourcing, and site coordination
  • Excellent aesthetic sense, knowledge of material trends, and finishing standards
  • Salary as per experience and qualifications."
