Role Overview

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Associate Designer (Graphics)
to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
Illustrator and Figma
with a strong portfolio in
book/magazine design, layouts, and visual storytelling
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design
    student workbooks, teacher guides, and curriculum materials
    with engaging layouts.
  • Create
    graphics, illustrations, and visual assets
    aligned with our premium brand identity.
  • Work with the content and product team to design
    presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals
    .
  • Collaborate with UI/UX team to ensure consistency across print and digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain a design system and ensure high-quality delivery within timelines.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Illustrator & Figma
    (mandatory).
  • Experience in
    book, workbook, or editorial design
    .
  • Strong eye for typography, layouts, and color theory.
  • Ability to translate educational content into
    visually engaging experiences
    .
  • 1–3 years of relevant design experience (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or motion graphics.
  • Experience working in EdTech, publishing, or creative agencies.
