About the Job:

The Red Hat IT Planning, Insights & Execution organization is looking for an experienced Change Consultant to join our team to drive adoption of strategic data and artificial intelligence (AI) priorities. In this role, you will work closely with program and project team members and subject-matter experts (SME's) and lead change management activities for projects and transformation initiatives. You will develop and implement strategies and plans, including execution of deliverables, to ensure readiness and maximize adoption of large-scale, complex changes impacting thousands of global users and stakeholders. 

What will you do:

  • Monitor planned and active project and initiative roadmaps

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

  • Complete change management assessments

  • Consult and coach project teams

  • Create and execute change management plans and deliverables

  • Track and report issues

  • Establish and monitor success metrics

What will you bring:

  • 3-5 years experience with organizational change efforts

  • Proven understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills

  • Preferred: Technical skills related to AI, including an understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and experience with AI-driven change initiatives.
