Join AlvioLabs as a Frontend Designer/Engineer to create beautiful, intuitive user experiences for our revolutionary Enterprise Agentic AI Platform. You'll be responsible for designing and developing the user interface that makes complex AI interactions feel natural and effortless for enterprise users.About Alvio:Alvio transforms how businesses work with AI through natural conversation interfaces. Our platform handles everything from research and data analysis to complex business automation - all through an intuitive interface that understands what users need and delivers results.Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Design:

• Design modern, accessible user interfaces for AI conversation flows
• Create intuitive workflows for agent creation and management
• Develop responsive designs that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Design data visualization components for AI insights and analytics
• Create design systems and component libraries for consistency

Frontend Development:

• Build responsive web applications using 15+ with App Router
• Develop reusable React components with TypeScript
• Implement real-time features using Supabase subscriptions
• Create smooth animations and micro-interactions using Framer Motion
• Optimize performance with code splitting and lazy loading

AI Interface Design:

• Design conversation interfaces for AI agent interactions
• Create intuitive controls for AI tool selection and configuration
• Develop visual feedback systems for AI processing states
• Design file upload/management interfaces for document processing
• Create dashboard views for AI agent performance and analytics

Collaboration & Integration:

• Work closely with backend engineers on API integration
• Collaborate with product team on user experience improvements
• Implement design feedback and iterate on user interfaces
• Participate in user testing and incorporate feedback
• Maintain design documentation and style guides

Required Skills & Technologies:Design Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach

Frontend Development:

• Expert-level React 18+ and TypeScript 5+
• 15+ with App Router experience
• Tailwind CSS for styling and responsive design
• Experience with shadcn/ui or similar component libraries
• Proficiency with React Query for state management

Modern Web Technologies:

• HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack)
• Git version control and collaborative development
• RESTful API integration and error handling
• Understanding of web performance optimization

AI/Conversational UI:

• Experience designing chat interfaces or conversational UI
• Understanding of AI/ML user experience patterns
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries , )
• Experience with real-time applications and WebSockets
• Familiarity with AI tool interfaces and workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications
• Knowledge of React testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service
• Experience with AI/ML applications or data-heavy interfaces
• Background in fintech or B2B software design
• Understanding of design tokens and atomic design principles
