What Will You Really Do?

  • Build Real Things: Architect, code, debug, and deploy across web, mobile, and AI-driven platforms—shipping features that make "digital construction" real.
  • AI in the Wild: Prototype, implement, and iterate on smart tools—AI copilots, data extraction engines, predictive models, bots, and recommendations that actually get used by teams on-site and off.
  • Mentor in the Trenches: Lead by example—review PRs, brainstorm, pair-program, and help your fellow devs level up (no Gantt charts or middle management fluff).
  • Problem-Solve Fast: Tackle big, messy, real-world challenges in construction/manufacturing, and spin up proof-of-concepts (using Python, Node, React, or whatever works).
  • Collaborate Across Worlds: Work with founders, designers, engineers, and even folks on the shop floor—translating ideas between code, hard hats, and high-rises.
  • Push Innovation: Stay obsessed with new tools—integrate with everything from Autodesk to AWS to cutting-edge AI APIs (think GPT and what comes next).
  • Ship, Test, Repeat: Prioritize code that works over endless process—if it helps builders build, it belongs in prod.


What Do You Bring?

  • Proven coder: You've shipped serious web/mobile/AI-powered stuff—React, , Python, Java, or similar (bonus for ML or IoT integration).
  • Deep engineering skills: Data structures, algorithms, design patterns, scalable architecture, debugging, and smart system design are your bread and butter.
  • API wrangler: RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud wizardry (AWS, Azure, GCP) get you pumped.
  • Hacker's heart: "Let's hack a prototype" is your go-to—whether with code or AI playgrounds.
