Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students throughout their journey by handling all related administrative tasks smoothly.
  • Provide excellent customer service by building good relationships with students and parents and resolving their concerns quickly.
  • Follow all internal processes and ensure proper compliance at all times.
  • Contribute to revenue generation by selling, upselling, and cross-selling the company's educational courses through counselling, calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Follow up with parents to ensure timely fee collection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
