We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a PG Integration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical support, development, and production support, with a strong preference for experience in payment gateway integration. • Lead merchants through the quality assurance (QA) and integration process of payment gateways, API's, and other payment stacks.
• Suggest and correct merchant payment flows based on available API's and payment stacks.
• Provide support to merchants and internal teams regarding product and integration issues.
• Collaborate closely with projects on merchant-specific initiatives involving integration development.
• Analyze merchant transaction data to debug issues with payment flows.
• Create process notes, integration/interface documents, and effectively communicate them to clients and internal operations team members.
• Work cross-functionally with client-facing and engineering teams.
• Offer solutions to complex issues by conducting thorough root cause analyses and assessing the impact of defects.
• Troubleshoot integration issues raised by customers.
• Coordinate with the Application Development Team to resolve production issues.
• Ensure a clear understanding of every feature of the application and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
• Collaborate with the technology team and vendor management to implement solutions and enhancements.
• Generate documentation for future reference, training, and support purposes.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding of merchants, improve engagement, and focus on product enhancements to enhance the retention rates of our active merchant base.
• Escalate unresolved issues within the predefined timeframe.
• Demonstrate understanding of electronic payment processing/collection methods, including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS), online payment, credit card processing, banking, and finance.
• Familiarity with processes related to payments and collections.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Technical background preferred (B.Sc IT/B.Tech, etc.).
• Leadership skills combined with a strategic and research-oriented approach.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services.
• Basic understanding of ticket management systems, SLA's, etc.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in integrating payment gateways, API's, and other payment stacks.
