Mount Code Technology are looking for a highly motivated IT Bidder who has experience in bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour, and Guru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and securing IT and software development projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 28,000

Experience Required: 1.5 Years to 2 Years in Online Bidding & Freelancing Platforms

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms

* Write compelling proposals and communicate effectively with potential clients

* Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients

* Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deliverables

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: At least 1.5 years in bidding on IT-related projects

Freelance Platform Knowledge: Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, etc.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services, web development

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Sales & Negotiation: Ability to convert leads into successful deals

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
