Job Description:

We are hiring a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS Executive Passed / Pursuing CS Professional), preferably a B.Com graduate, with working knowledge of GST and basic accounts. The role includes corporate compliance, MCA filings, GST returns, and maintenance of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file e-forms and returns with MCA
  • Draft minutes, notices, resolutions; maintain statutory registers
  • Assist in Board, Committee, and General Meetings
  • Support annual filing, ROC compliance, and corporate restructuring
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
  • Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and ledgers
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and authorities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.Com graduate
  • CS Executive (both groups) passed or pursuing CS Professional
  • Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, GST, and basic accounting
  • Proficient in MCA21 portal, GSTN portal, and MS Office
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
