Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to deliver high-quality products.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to shape product decisions.
  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
  • Drive product release planning and coordinate successful launches.
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and ROI, and propose improvements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and IT governance standards.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of product management experience in IT/software products.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and IT systems.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS / Cloud / Enterprise IT solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
