You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
- Manage a portfolio of larger business lending cases from submission to drawdown, including complex facilities like Term Loans and Revolving Credit Facilities (RCFs).
- Prepare facility and security documentation, order and evaluate property valuations, and conduct Fit to Lend checks and approvals.
- Execute drawdowns, limit marking, and ensure registration and perfection of collateral charges.
- Act as a resolution point between relationship teams and processing teams, owning issues through to resolution.
- Drive cases proactively to meet client timelines while adhering to regulatory, internal, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee activities within the team to ensure consistent delivery of objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on complex cases and operational best practices.
- Lead and contribute to key change projects aimed at improving processes, systems, and client experience.
Desirable skills sets:
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, product, coverage, servicing) to ensure seamless completion of high-value drawdowns.
- Provide expert support and advice to Credit Managers and Relationship Directors/Managers, safeguarding the bank's position.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency across manual and automated processes, performing checker and maker activities on medium and complex work types.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to systems and processes and evaluating risks and benefits.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and assist in implementing necessary changes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team.
- Monitor progress and help resolve operational bottlenecks to achieve business goals.
- Drive transformation initiatives and support implementation of strategic projects.

This role is based out of Noida.
Purpose of the role
To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
- Support with day-to-day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
- Monitoring the bank's lending operations to ensure that they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
- Development and implementation of Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.
