Job Summary:

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the development and deployment of innovative B2B SaaS and digital solutions within our Facilities Management Services division. The APM will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery, improve client satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency through technology. The incumbent should be good at report building, PPT, Excel & design thinking. APM will be required to travel to client sites to support tool adoption on a case-by-case basis.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities aligned with Sodexos FM services.

  • Assist in translating business needs into product requirements and user stories.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with engineering, design, operations, and sales teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Liaise with the product deployment team and ensure successful product adoption at the sites.

  • Market & User Research

  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather user feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Monitor industry trends in facilities management and digital transformation.

  • Performance & Optimization

  • Track product KPIs and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Generate product reports for business reviews and decision-making.
  • Generate other reports to support the product for business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 36 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or facilities management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in facilities management, property tech, or enterprise service platforms.
  • Understanding of IoT, automation, or smart building technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Expert in PPT, Advanced Excel with Macros & VBA knowledge (Must Have).
  • Strong understanding of how to structure analysis to solve real world business problems
