Experience

:

2 to 5 years post qualification experience in handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and ITR filings for mid to large size clients in a CA Firm. CTC Offered:

Job responsibility:

  • Lead a team of 3 Chartered Accountants and 4-5 interns, allocate tasks and oversee audit engagements to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Plan, execute and monitor statutory audits and tax audits while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Independently Manage and execute Statutory & Tax Audits and ITR filings for mid to

Large size clients.

  • Review audit working papers, financial statements and tax computations to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Ensure timely completion of audits by setting deadlines, resolving bottlenecks and maintaining coordination with clients.
  • Identify audit risks, suggest process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices in audit methodology.
  • Coordinate with clients for audit requirements, address their queries, and provide value-added recommendations.
  • Mentor and train team members, review their work and ensure high-quality deliverables.
