ISIR.AI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with 5–7 years of experience to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination of employee and office-related functions. This hybrid role will play a key part in managing internal workflows, maintaining employee support systems, and contributing to a professional and well-managed work environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day operations independently.

You should also be willing to travel locally and within India for business coordination as required. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office administration and routine operational tasks

Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and leave tracking

Handle employee reimbursements, travel bookings, and expense submissions

Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions

Support internal communication, document handling, and HR coordination

Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor follow-ups

Prepare internal reports, letters, and communications as needed

Oversee logistics related to office supplies, subscriptions, and remote/hybrid support

Develop and maintain rules and procedures for office access, safety, hygiene, and maintenance

Coordinate with service providers, vendors, consultants, and partners for support services

Organize logistics for internal events, meetings, interviews, and travel plans

Ensure confidentiality, professional conduct, and a well-organized administrative environment

Be available for local and domestic travel as required for coordination or meetings Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred.5–7 years of proven experience in office administration or similar operational roles

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Experience in handling HR coordination, office logistics, and vendor communication

Knowledge of basic expense tracking and invoice processing

Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
