Location: Sector 82, Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Industry: Real Estate (experience in real estate marketing will be a plus)

Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading real estate company known for delivering innovative and quality-driven projects. We are looking for a Senior MIS Executive who will manage marketing data, reports, and vendor coordination to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making.
- Track and report marketing campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing material, campaigns, and project requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of reports related to sales, marketing, and operations.
- Develop dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
- Maintain records, contracts, and follow-ups with vendors for smooth operations.
- Assist in streamlining marketing processes through data and reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with strong knowledge of MIS, data management, and reporting.
- 3–5 years of experience as MIS Executive (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Strong command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Good communication and vendor management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
