Role & responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SAP MM (Materials Management) and IM (Inventory Management) modules to support procurement and inventory processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions for purchasing, goods receipt, stock transfers, and inventory valuation.
  • Integrate SAP MM/IM with other modules like SD, WM, and FI for seamless business operations.
  • Prepare functional specifications, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT and data migration.
  • Provide training to end-users and deliver post-go-live support and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for process optimization.
  • Support S/4HANA implementation and leverage its capabilities for improved inventory and procurement processes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: years in SAP MM and IM modules with at least one full-cycle implementation.
  • S/4HANA Expertise: Must have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, especially in MM and IM functionalities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
  • Work Mode: Hybrid/Onsite (as per project requirements).
