Role Overview

We're looking for a
smart, detail-oriented E-commerce Executive
to join our on-site team in Jaipur.

You'll be responsible for managing seller accounts, optimizing product listings, analyzing data, and ensuring consistent growth in sales and performance across Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor
  Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central
  accounts.
• Create, update, and optimize
  product listings
  (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, etc.).
• Plan and execute
  advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, Brand Ads)
  to improve visibility and ROI.
• Handle
  pricing, promotions, deals, and inventory planning
  .
• Track
  daily sales, traffic, and ad performance
  and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for catalog and creative requirements.
• Manage
  return cases, policy compliance, and performance metrics
  .
• Conduct
  competitor analysis
  and identify opportunities to scale.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in
  Amazon or Flipkart account management
  (agency or brand side preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, PPC, and ranking optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
