Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Principal Consultant, Enterprise Network Senior Manager P2

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing a world-class network infrastructure that supports mission-critical applications and drives business performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and strong leadership to manage both internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a scalable, secure, and high-performing global network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with business and technology goals.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of global network services, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience.
• Implement models to sustain service operations and adapt to abrupt changes in demand.
• Manage a global team of direct reports, on-site contractors, and offshore resources.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear goals, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee external vendors and service providers to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal customers, ensuring a positive experience and proactive communication.
• Structure services for success with the right technical capabilities, standard operating procedures, and long-term platform vision.
• Drive innovation in network services through automation, cloud integration, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking (Azure, AWS).
• Experience designing and managing large-scale, global network infrastructures.
• Expert in working with CISCO, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies.
• Strong grasp of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure access controls.
• Experience implementing network segmentation and zero-trust models.
• Knowledge of cloud-native networking services (Azure Virtual Network, ExpressRoute, Network Security Groups).
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and integration strategies.
• Strong grasp of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure access controls.
• Proficiency with Network Monitoring tools and ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize network efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Networking Certification
• Exposure to automation, gen AI, or chatbot tools.
