As a Deskside Support Lead at Kyndryl, you will be re-energized with a fresh set of challenges, including working on large enterprise, fast-track infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, defining sourcing strategies, and selecting providers that align with our customers' IT and automation strategies. You will be the trusted advisor, accountable for delivering highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that provide lasting and measurable value to our esteemed customers. Your expertise in prioritizing use cases, conducting ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs will shape the foundation for success.
You will strategically develop a future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing the infrastructure and network requirements to meet the ever-evolving needs of both IT and business. You'll be the catalyst for improved performance and productivity, identifying areas where efficiency can be optimized, costs minimized, risks reduced, and performance enhanced. You will capture, prioritize, and analyze technical requirements, both functional and non-functional, ensuring that every aspect of the solution is meticulously crafted to perfection.

As a Deskside Support Lead at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience of Deskside Support.
- Strong knowledge of Ticketing tool and related technologies.
- Good understanding of End User Support processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Plant/ Factory Experience is a must
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's in IT
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and network basics.
- Experience with ticketing tools, asset management, and standard business applications
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, ITIL.
- Good communication skills and flexibility for shift-based support.

- 5+ years of experience providing IT support
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Strong communication skills including email, phone and in-person Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
