Company Description

Kings Gas basically is a Propane and SSLNG Distribution company which distributes "LNG and Propane" through virtual pipeline to sectors such as industrial, commercial, and auto-fuel sector. Kings Gas has a primary objective to pave the path for a green energy revolution which would reduce the countries greenhouse gases emission, thereby improving the sustainability of environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. The Technical Production Head of LNG Pump/Heavy Vehicles will be responsible for overseeing the production process for LNG pumps and heavy vehicles' Spare parts, ensuring the equipment's technical performance and reliability. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating production activities, providing technical support, managing the team & different LNG Fuel Plant Sites/Manufacturing Sites, conducting analytical assessments, and delivering training sessions to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
  • Strong Communication abilities for effective coordination and interaction
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support and maintaining technical performance
  • Experience in Team Management for overseeing production staff
  • Training skills to educate and guide team members on best practices
  • Proven leadership capabilities and project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience in the LNG or heavy vehicles industry is a plus
  • Flexible to travel across the globe based on business requirements
  • Should be able to take the reporting & reviewing performance of the Employee
  • Completing the Project as per the given Deadline.
  • Should be familiar with ERP.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Suburban.
