Draftsman (Plumbing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed plumbing shop drawings (water supply, drainage, stormwater, medical gases if applicable).
• Update drawings based on site conditions, engineer comments, and consultant feedback.
• Produce as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Coordinate with plumbing engineers and site supervisors for technical inputs.
• Ensure alignment with architectural and structural drawings.
• Attend coordination meetings with other MEP disciplines to resolve drawing conflicts.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, IS codes, NFPA standards, local authority norms, and hospital-specific requirements.
• Follow company CAD standards and file management procedures.
• Check dimensions, levels, and details for accuracy before submission.
• Revise drawings promptly when instructed.
• Work efficiently using AutoCAD, Revit (if applicable), and other drafting tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/ITI certification in Draftsmanship or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems: domestic water supply, drainage, venting, pumps, sump pits, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
