Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive to handle both creative design and online marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be able to design visually appealing content while also managing SEO, social media campaigns, and overall brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Create visual content including posters, banners, brochures, social media creatives, and advertisements.
  • Design digital and print marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Edit photos and short promotional videos for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for new design concepts and promotional ideas.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Conduct SEO activities — keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and performance tracking.
  • Manage Google My Business, website updates, and improve organic reach.
  • Run Google Ads and Meta Ads (basic knowledge acceptable).
  • Track and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
  • Assist in creating blog posts, captions, and ad copy optimized for SEO and engagement.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and practices (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar).
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and paid campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or website content management.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity.
  • Ability to handle multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Freshers with strong creativity and digital marketing interest are encouraged to apply.
