Required Skills:

  • 4+ years in ServiceNow development & administration

  • Strong in JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, AngularJS

  • Integration experience (REST, SOAP, JDBC)

  • Solid grasp of ITIL principles

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development

  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules: SecOps, ITSM, IRM

  • Build workflows, scripts, UI policies, ACLs

  • Integrate with enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, Mid Server)

  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging

Security Operations (SecOps)

  • Implement SIR and VR modules

  • Automate security workflows and integrate with SIEM/threat tools

  • Build dashboards for actionable insights

IT Service Management (ITSM)

  • Enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Catalog modules

  • Optimize service portals and align with ITIL practices

Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

  • Configure GRC, Policy & Compliance, Risk Management modules

  • Develop custom apps and dashboards for risk visibility

Collaboration & Support

  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Mentor junior developers and support end-users

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
