Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering team in the development of rectifier technologies for electrolysis and heating applications.
  • Design, analyze, and validate power conversion systems to meet project specifications.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration between design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
  • Conduct feasibility studies assessments and performance testing for new designs.
  • Develop and maintain engineering standards and best practices for rectifier systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interface with clients to gather requirements and provide technical presentations.
  • Review and approve engineering documentation, including design calculations and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in design and manufacturing processes.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements within the engineering team.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for field issues and collaborate on solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of technology.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering related to power electronics.
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong knowledge of rectifier design principles and electrolysis technology.
  • Experience with simulation and modeling tools for power systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using design software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice).
  • Effective communication skills for interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and safety standards.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
