The Role:

We are seeking a Salesforce Transformation & Architecture Leader to drive enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations with a strong focus on customer experience (CX). This role blends strategic leadership, technical Salesforce architecture, and team mentorship, overseeing multiple accounts while shaping best practices, frameworks, and solution models. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable engaging C-suite executives on transformation roadmaps and guiding technical teams on architecture execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complex Salesforce transformation programs across multiple accounts, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Define and implement Salesforce architecture strategy, CX maturity models, and best practices.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce architecture, ensuring solutions align with enterprise requirements and business goals.
• Drive high-value deal solutioning, including pre-sales support and vendor partnership development with Salesforce and ecosystem partners.
• Provide technical leadership on Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Pathlock integrations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design composable, scalable architectures that integrate Salesforce with platforms such as SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Mentor and develop technical architects and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, usability, and security across multiple applications and business units.
• Represent the Salesforce practice with executive presence, delivering persuasive business and technical storytelling to senior stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• 15–20 years of overall IT experience, with 12+ years in Salesforce Technical Architecture and 10+ years in Salesforce leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide Salesforce transformations, including CX-focused initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Salesforce Data Cloud, and MuleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles, integration techniques, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage large teams, and drive organizational change.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with cross-platform integration (Salesforce with SAP or other ERP systems).
• Expertise in composable architectures and reusable frameworks.
• Knowledge of Pathlock or similar governance/security tools.
• Exposure to high-value deal solutioning in pre-sales or consulting environments.
