Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team on technical issues
  • Support marketing on NPI (New Product Introductions)

  • Customer training's and in-service programs
  • KOL (Key Opinion Leader) development, engagement and management
  • Conduct VOC (Voice of Customer) for NPI
  • Contribute to technical modules depending on requirement
  • Speaker in local/regional conferences.

Minimum

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
