We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional with a proven track record in sales and business development of Electrical Power and Control Cables for LT & HT (Cable industry), within the targeted region or location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve predetermined sales and collection targets in the assigned territory.
  • Implement effective sales and business development strategies to penetrate new markets and improve market share.
  • Expand and strengthen the customer base and distribution network to improve brand visibility and availability.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, guide, and develop the local sales team, fostering a high-performance and target-oriented culture.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Relevant experience in sales and business development in Cable industry (Electrical Power and Control Cables for LT & HT).
  • Established track record in the location/area of operation is essential.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to support both internal teams and external customers.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both oral and written, for effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Should be conversant with local language.
