What You Will Get To Do:

• Own and improve the availability, reliability, and performance of critical Eclipse infrastructure and production systems.

• Build and enhance automation for deployments, monitoring, alerting, and incident response to reduce operational burden.

• Partner closely with engineering teams to design scalable, resilient services and drive best practices in reliability and observability.

• Lead and participate in incident management—triaging issues, driving root-cause analysis, and implementing long-term fixes.

• Continuously optimize infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Contribute to SRE roadmap initiatives, including tooling upgrades, platform modernization, and reliability-focused architecture improvements.

• Strengthen operational excellence through documentation, runbooks, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.

What You Will Bring:

• 3 - 5 years of non internship experience managing and scaling cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) with strong knowledge of networking, security, and distributed systems.

• Hands-on expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.

• Proficiency in automation and scripting using tools like Python, Shell, Terraform, or Ansible.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and deployment automation (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

• Experience implementing observability frameworks—monitoring, logging, alerting—and working with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analyses, and engineer long-term reliability-focused solutions.

• A mindset of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
