Your duties

  • Customer site travel and provide on-site support for installation, validation and commissioning of Vertical & 2P packaging machines for applications like Snacks, Powder food, Detergent powder and Carton packaging.
  • Test of automated systems for efficiency, safety and reliability.
  • Travelling to client's location to solve software, mechanical and electrical related issues.
  • Perform hands on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
  • Provide on-site training to the customer
  • Interface with cross-functional work teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support.
  • Share suggestions with technical team, continual improvement in the field of commissioning and drive for implementation.
  • Develop service technical reports for improvement in future projects
  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
  • Support in Plant FAT for projects and successfully complete SAT for the same projects
  • Provide feedback on site improvements to Engineering for future issue prevention and resolution

Your profile
Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics having years' experience in servicing Vertical & 2P Packaging machines.

  • Good communication skills in languages English and Hindi.
  • Good customer training skills in terms of both theoretical and Practical.
  • Quick issue analysis, resolution & reporting.
  • Positive response to the customer to address all required needs on machines.
  • Site knowledge sharing with CFT teammates and drive for implementation.
