  • Configure and manage Oracle Benefits modules according to business requirements.
  • Perform integration activities with Payroll and other HCM modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Ensure end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear communication regarding updates, issues, and solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
