Senior Software QA Engineer
who will help us ensure the quality, reliability, and excellence of our products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies, scale complex systems, and deliver world-class solutions to global enterprises.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and design a robust automation system.
- Monitor every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Develop test strategies and predict testing requirements.
- Participate in client/partner meetings and provide updates to project leadership teams.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and implementation teams to improve automation frameworks.
- Define hardware and software requirements for test setups.
- Review QA artifacts and reports prepared by QA Engineers.
- Proactively identify and manage risks in the development cycle.
- Support a culture of continuous learning and contribute to team growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong proficiency in English (technical communication & documentation).
- Solid knowledge of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
- Familiarity with software testing methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium (Appium, Locust, Jenkins a plus).
- Strong background in Python or Java.
- Experience with Agile testing methodologies.
- Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-directed, and driven to improve productivity through automation.
