Technical Architect

The Technical Architect will drive the Tech Stack, Architecture, Framework, and Design Pattern across organizations. The Technical Architect will work closely with the delivery team for implementing new technical initiatives or resolving technical challenges. The Technical Architect will define and recommend the technical roadmap based on Industry trends, organization's business goals, and clients' landscape or future vision. The Technical Architect would develop the COE on the key technologies on which Qualtech would drive its product and services lines of business. The Tech Architect will be responsible for developing & implementing Tech Solutions, R&D, and POCs in the areas identified for existing or upcoming projects. They will be responsible for implementing the industry's best practices for designing, coding, and deployment across tech stacks. They will define the application architecture and help the delivery team in implementing the same in their project. If required, they will do the POC for the same as well. They would act as a gatekeeper for Code Quality, review & provide the sign-off on the implementation of the right architecture, tech solution, and coding practices. They will participate in pre-sales and prepare technical proposals wherever required. They will represent Qualtech in technical discussions with clients or partners. They would conduct trainings for developing / upskilling the tech capabilities of the team.

The ideal candidate should have a BTech/BE/MCA with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT/Software Industry. They should also have three or more years of hands-on experience as Technical Architect with strong technical skills, having in-depth hands-on experience in Java & React Technology for more than five years. They should have passion to learn and develop POCs in other technologies like MERN, AWS, Mobility, etc. They must have participated in developing various POCs and R&D activities, defined Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Design Pattern, Coding Practices for application development and have implemented in at least one application. They should have a good understanding and hands-on experience of tools for development, code review, testing, and deployment. They should have worked on Dev-ops and implemented it for at least one application. They must possess good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate information between business partners in a clear and concise way.
