About Us:

BNA Jewellery is a trusted name in the gems and jewellery industry, known for precision, quality, and timeless craftsmanship. We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented Diamond Sorter to join us at our Central Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine and sort polished diamonds based on size, shape, color, clarity, and quality standards.

Use microscopes, loupes, and other tools to assess diamonds accurately.

Ensure proper segregation and categorization of stones as per company guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of sorted diamonds in inventory systems.

Identify flaws, inclusions, or damages in stones and report accordingly.

Work closely with quality control and production teams to ensure consistency.

Uphold company's standards of confidentiality, precision, and care while handling high-value inventory.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Diamond Sorter / Diamond Grader preferred.

Strong knowledge of the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat).

Attention to detail with excellent visual analysis skills.

Ability to work with precision under deadlines.

Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

High integrity and trustworthiness in handling valuable assets.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Gemology or equivalent certification (preferred, not mandatory).

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
