About Us:

With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our SaaS based collections platform helps them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience.

The Role :

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Data Science Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to analyze data, develop models, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in collecting, processing, and analysing large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Work with various data sources, such as databases, APIs, and flat files.
  • Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Assist in creating data visualisations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve data science processes and methodologies
  • Conduct research on new tools, technologies, and best practices in data science.

What we're looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics statistics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesise data and make informed decisions
  • Previous internship or project experience in data science or related fields.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
