Role Summary

Youll leverage your existing doctor network to promote our doctor-focused courses. Ideal for current/previous pharmaceutical/medical reps and diagnostic sales professionals who meet doctors daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit/phone/WhatsApp doctors to present course benefits, pricing, and enrollment flow.
  • Run micro-meets: 1:1 cabin calls, lunch-and-learns, small clinic demos.
  • Track pipeline in CRM (leads, follow-ups, closures).
  • Coordinate with central team for demo links, coupon codes, and onboarding.
  • Collect feedback (specialty-wise needs) to shape local campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly activity goals and annual revenue target.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Commission: Big Commission on each successful course sale (paid post realization).
  • Target Achievement Bonus: Additional Bonus upon crossing yearly sales target.

Who Should Apply

  • 1 to 8 years experience in pharma/med-device/diagnostics/hospital liaison/EMR sales preferred.
  • Strong doctor network in any specialty (Medicine, Pediatrics, Obs-Gyn, GP, etc.).
  • Confident with WhatsApp/Zoom/Google Meet and basic CRM usage.
  • Ethical, self-driven, field-ready; excellent follow-through.

Education

  • Any graduate; life sciences/pharmacy/biomed preferred (not mandatory).
