Full Stack Web Development Mentor & Testing Mentor (Onsite)

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office Only

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for two experienced professionals who are passionate about teaching and mentoring. This is not a hands-on coding or QA role — instead, you will be guiding freshers and helping them build real-world skills in software development and testing.

  1. Full Stack Web Development Mentor

Role Summary:

As a Full Stack Development Mentor, you will train and mentor freshers in both frontend and backend web development. Your goal is to equip them with industry-ready skills, coding best practices, and hands-on project experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training sessions on web technologies (frontend + backend).

Create and maintain course content, coding exercises, and mini-projects.

Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to trainees.

Assist freshers in building full-stack projects.

Conduct code reviews and debugging sessions.

Guide freshers to follow coding standards, version control, and testing practices.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , ,

Good understanding of databases (MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with Git/GitHub, API integration, and deployment workflows.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Patience and passion for teaching or mentoring.

  1. Software Testing Mentor (Manual + Automation)

Role Summary:

As a Software Testing Mentor, you will guide freshers through the fundamentals of quality assurance, manual testing techniques, and basic automation. Your focus will be on building their confidence and practical skills for QA roles.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training on manual testing, test case writing, bug tracking, and reporting.

Introduce automation basics using tools like Selenium or similar.

Share real-world testing scenarios and hands-on exercises.

Evaluate and track progress of trainees with practical assessments.

Provide feedback and encourage best QA practices from day one.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience in manual testing and at least basic knowledge of automation testing tools.

Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.

Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
