AI/ML Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build and improve our AI-powered products and services. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software development. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of machine learning models.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and deploying models.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML systems.
- Document and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with deep learning techniques and architectures.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
