Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive engineering or vehicle configuration.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
  • Experience with data analysis tools to interpret vehicle performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly line operations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to automotive configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
