Annual Credit Review - Individual Contributor

Job Role: Annual Credit Review - Individual Contributor

Location: Bengaluru / Gurgaon / Chennai / Mumbai

Job Requirement:

  • 8-15 years of relevant experience; in Corporate Banking, FIG/Corporate & Investment Banking with Credit Decisioning Specialist or Approval of Corporate Lines of Credit.

  • Underwriting & Credit Decisioning/ Credit approval authority for Corporate Loans is a must.

  • Underwrite mid to large corporate loans cases and present them to senior level.

  • Credit Decisioning and Credit Risk approvals are the key responsibilities.

  • Prepare, finalize review of credit memos as part of Core Credit Underwriting, and approval/ decline signoffs on every credit memo after checking for documentation requests.

  • Authorize deviations raised and documented by underwriters in compliance with credit policy.

  • Sound knowledge of financials, cash flow, leverage & liquidity analysis, credit quality, assigned value risk analysis.
