Job Profile:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Collaboration Administrator with hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Office 365.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of M365 administration, governance, security, and automation to drive collaboration efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services – Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Office 365.
  • Create and manage users, groups, licenses, and permissions in M365 Admin Center.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Configure and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teams, SharePoint, or Office 365 applications.
  • Monitor collaboration systems, optimize performance, and ensure platform reliability.
  • Support end-users with access, permissions, and general usage queries.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and train users.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, policies, and workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience (4+ years) in Microsoft 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Exchange, and Office 365).
  • Expertise in automation workflows and process optimization using Power Automate.
  • Sound understanding of M365 security and compliance (DLP, retention policies, access controls, governance).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving M365-related issues.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
