Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a creative approach to ad strategy, and a proven track record of driving ROI through paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign targeting.
- Recommend in collaboration with the content and design teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
- Manage budgets, bids, and daily spend to meet KPIs.
- Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to internal teams or clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of retargeting, conversion tracking, pixel implementation.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns is a plus.
