Role Description

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Aruba Network & Wireless Engineer
to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade wireless and network solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in
Aruba Wireless (ClearPass / CPPM)
along with a solid foundation in
Cisco routing and switching
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage
    Aruba-based wireless LAN
    and
    enterprise mobility solutions
    .
  • Configure and troubleshoot
    Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM)
    for network access control.
  • Develop and optimize
    Aruba traffic flows
    and perform
    certificate-based authentication
    troubleshooting.
  • Provide
    operations and maintenance
    support, handle
    incident and change management
    through ticketing systems.
  • Lead and support
    LAN/WAN network design
    using Cisco routing and switching technologies.
  • Conduct
    validation, testing, and deployment
    of wireless solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure high performance, reliability, and security of network infrastructure.
  • Stay updated on the latest
    HPE-Aruba technologies
    , attending design reviews, workshops, and training sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years focused on networking.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Aruba Wireless Solutions
    (ACMA, ACMP, or higher preferred).
  • Proficient with
    ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM)
    and network access control design.
  • Solid knowledge of
    Cisco routing and switching
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    LAN/WAN architectures
    ,
    cloud networking
    , and
    wireless security
    .
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Active
Cisco CCNA
certification (mandatory).


Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP)
and
Aruba Wireless Certification (ACMA / ACMP)
are highly preferred.
