Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and highly organized Receptionist to join our Hair and Skin Clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience, managing front desk operations, and supporting the clinic's day-to-day functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails; respond to inquiries about services, appointments, and products.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic's booking system.
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Manage client check-in/check-out process, including taking payments and issuing receipts.
  • Coordinate with dermatologists, hair specialists, aestheticians, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Promote and upsell clinic services and products where appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
  • Handle client feedback, concerns, or complaints calmly and professionally.
  • Track inventory of brochures, business cards, and front-desk supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, reporting).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk staff in a clinic, salon, or spa is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with booking software (e.g., Fresha, MindBody, or similar).
  • Fluent in [local language] and English (spoken and written).
