We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dotnet Developer to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in software development, a comprehensive understanding of the .NET framework, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role encompasses the design, development, and maintenance of applications that align with the needs of our clients and the objectives of our organization. \\r\

Key Responsibilities \\r\

Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient applications utilizing the .NET framework. \\r\
\\r\
Code Quality: Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. \\r\
\\r\
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. \\r\
\\r\
Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. \\r\
\\r\
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues to enhance application efficiency. \\r\
\\r\
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. \\r\
\\r\
Required Qualifications \\r\
\\r\
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \\r\
\\r\
Experience: Proven experience as a Dotnet Developer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. \\r\
\\r\
Technical Skills: \\r\
\\r\
Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework. \\r\
\\r\
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. \\r\
\\r\
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. \\r\
\\r\
Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS is an advantage. \\r\
\\r\
Soft Skills: \\r\
\\r\
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \\r\
\\r\
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \\r\
\\r\
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. \\r\
\\r\

Preferred Qualifications \\r\

Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field. \\r\
\\r\
Professional certifications in .NET development. \\r\
\\r\
Experience with agile development methodologies. \\r\
\\r\
(1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required. (5.) To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
