Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings, and collaborating with other team members on various projects. Daily tasks include drafting plans, integrating input from different stakeholders, and ensuring that all design elements meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. The Junior Architect will also be involved in project management activities and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration
  • Proficiency in relevant architectural software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Experience in sustainable and ecologically responsible design is a plus
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
